About Ash Environmental Product and Services

We have over 25 years’ experience in small scale wastewater treatment systems and soil infiltration systems in Ireland and in the USA.

Our aim is to provide a specialist service to construction and environmental professionals in the onsite industry focussing on commercial and residential properties in unsewered areas.

We supply customised pipework and components for pressurised infiltration systems.  We also supply a range of wastewater products for use with new one-off houses and for the remediation of septic tank systems and other domestic wastewater treatment systems mainly through building merchants 

Our services include the design, supply, installation, project management and/or certification services for onsite wastewater & sewage treatment to engineers, architects, site assessors and contractors for rural houses, communities and to commercial sectors in unsewered areas.

Ash Environmental was founded in 2004 by Joe Walsh.  Joe is Chairman of the Wastewater Engineering Standards Committee of the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) and joint founding member of IOWA the Irish Onsite Wastewater Association.  He has provided specialist FETAC, and LASNTG accredited training in onsite wastewater topics. 

In the US Joe is past Steering Committee Chairman of NOWRA the US National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association and Technical Practices committee member.     He has participated in innovative technology research projects both in Ireland and in the US and presented the findings to technical conferences.
